If you choose paypal, payment is made immediately. If you choose any of the other methods listed, the item will be placed on 'hold' for 14 days after the purchase date to allow time for you to send the payment in the mail. If payment isn't received within 14 days after purchase, I'll place it back in inventory to be available for purchase by someone else.
I usually ship via US Postal Service, using the most economical method. Typically, if it weighs under 13 oz., I use First Class mail with delivery confirmation which means it will reach you in 4-7 business days. For items that weigh over 13 oz., I use Priority Mail with delivery confirmation which means it will reach you in 2-3 business days.
If you need it SUPER fast via Express or Overnight, please send me an email with your zip code so I can estimate a shipping amount for you.
International customers: I usually ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate which costs no more than $11.98 US. If it is a large item that will not fit in a flat rate envelope, or you would like a quote for First Class International please contact me and I will provide an estimated cost for you.

Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat. Please keep in mind that the measurements provided are of the garment, and you'll want to compare the measurements with a similar garment in your closet that fits you well. You'll also want to pay special attention to the fabric content to allow ease of movement as returns are not accepted for fit or measures.
